The future of Family Law in Lincoln

9th October, 2015

Diane Genders Solicitors, specialist family lawyers in Lincoln are celebrating the latest success for their team as paralegal Rachel Ferry passes her Level 3 CILEX certificate in family law.

Rachel has been working with Diane Genders Solicitors for the last three years and explains how joining the firm has made a real difference for her;

“I have always felt that Diane and the firm really believed in me. They have always encouraged me to keep developing myself and my skills.

“The work I had to put into studying and passing these exams has put me in a position where I can support the team of divorce solicitors here even more than before. I can help with drafting the divorce petitions and also preparing financial and children applications.”

Diane Genders goes further;

“We’re delighted to see Rachel pass this milestone. It is a testament to her hard work and dedication to serving our clients to the very best of her ability.

“It is important for the modern family law firm to have recognised, certified quality at all levels within the team. Not only does it give the client confidence in knowing that the person dealing with their case is qualified but it can also help in dealing with matters as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

“We’re all looking forward to seeing what Rachel goes on to achieve in the future.”

So does this mean that Rachel will be appearing at court any day soon?

“Not yet,” laughs Rachel “but I am looking forward to getting to the stage when I can. It will be interesting to see how the courts can help divorcing and separating couples to resolve matters.”
