Meet the team
As a solicitor and qualified mediator, I am passionate about helping people deal with all the trauma and confusion they feel on relationship breakdown.
I am committed and compassionate but combative if required. My client’s interests always come first.
I have been a family law specialist for over 30 years. In that time I have been committed to promoting agreements in family disputes when appropriate and encouraging putting the interests of any children first.
I’m told I am down-to-earth and friendly. For many years I was BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s only female “legal eagle”.
Finally, I have been a Rotarian since 2004 and remain committed to the principles of Rotary.
Rachel has over 10 years’ experience in law having commenced work in the legal sector after graduating from the University of Lincoln with a 2:1 degree in Criminology in 2008. Rachel moved to Diane Genders Solicitors in 2012 and has been Diane’s secretary since that time. Since joining the firm Rachel has progressed in her knowledge by studying with CILEx to complete her Paralegal studies.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going for walks in the country and going on trips away both abroad and in this country.
Victoria has always wanted to become a lawyer and jumped at the opportunity to do work experience with the firm back in 2017. Victoria went on to join the firm as an apprentice and then an office assistant.
Now looking to become a solicitor she is studying with CILEx to become a legal executive and is currently working as a legal assistant for Diane Genders and the other fee earners in the firm. Victoria is fluent in Polish which has proved to be very helpful to some of our Polish clients.
In her spare time, Victoria takes interest in Fashion and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
