At Diane Genders Specialist Solicitors all our front line professional team are fully experienced lawyers, specialising in family law.

We allow our lawyers to focus on the needs of their clients by removing all routine administration tasks from them.  As a result your chosen lawyer/solicitor will be available to you to answer your questions and have the time they need to keep fully up to date on your case and the legal issues.

We take great pride in our “back office” team.  When our clients give feedback at the end of the case they almost always comment about the whole team approach from the welcome they receive at reception, to the help they receive from our assistants to the advice, success and professionalism of our lawyers.

Unlike many practices who strip back administrative support to cut their costs, expecting the lawyer to manage everything in addition to focusing on your needs, we typically work on a support ratio of two administrators per lawyer.  Several of our legal secretaries are also qualified paralegals or going through paralegal training so you can be confident that everybody dealing with your matter is competent and experienced.

We know that it is helpful to be located near the centre of Lincoln but understand that we can’t expect clients to suffer the hassle (and expense) of finding a car parking spot and then walking to a city centre office. So we have offices that offer the best of both worlds – near the centre but away from the crush with a car park.
