Divorce and separation podcast

17th June, 2016

Keeping focus in divorce is a critical element of successfully getting through a very difficult process. Keeping focus enables you to concentrate your time, energy and budget on achieving the best outcome possible for you and your family.

This article looks at the challenges that can get in the way and five easy steps you can take to help you.

We are gearing up to produce what we hope will be the leading divorce and separation podcast in England and Wales.

We have a few teething problems to resolve – such as why is our theme music not merging with our recorded audio and how can we make it easier for you to subscribe on iTunes, Podbean or your Podcast player of choice?  Those questions will be resolved shortly.

In  the meantime here is a pilot episode, of sorts, that we hope will give you a sense of the style we are aiming for.  Your feedback and comments will be very helpful.

To listen, just press play on the picture below.

In the weeks ahead we will share more details on where you can find the podcast and how you can subscribe to it or share it with people that you think will be interested.

We’ll be sharing future topics for discussion together with details of guests we will be having on the show as well.

We are happy to answer questions that you have provided that they are of a general nature.

We will not be able to give specific divorce or separation advice but only broad information.  This is for two reasons.

Firstly, we want the answers to help many listeners and not just the person who is asking the question.

Secondly, it is important to realise that information taken from the internet – whether written or aural – is only information.  You always need to take independent legal advice to fully understand how that information applies to your specific circumstances.

In other words, information is not the same as advice.
